The Rabbitcast won’t load; I’m stuck in queue.

If the Rabbitcast isn't loading...

and you're seeing a screen that says Woo! Next in line for a Rabbitcast, this means a lot of people are using Rabbit and we're low on Rabbitcasts. Don’t worry, we’re loading up more and you should get one soon.

 

If your queue isn’t moving or gets stuck...

our connection to our server might have timed out. You’ll need to close the room and start a new one. (Make sure to always close your room, otherwise you may make the line longer.) Here's how:

Have whoever opened the room close it (tap the room name, and then End Room for All) then have everyone re-enter the chat.
