If only you're having issues, this is probably an issue with your connection. Try these tips for increasing your internet speed and these quick fixes for a buggy browser. If none of this helps, you can send us feedback and we'll take a closer look at what might be going on.
If everyone in the room is having issues, this could be an issue with the Rabbitcast itself. Sometimes the issue will sort itself out automatically. If it doesn't, create a new Rabbitcast with one of the methods below:
- Stopping and restarting the Rabbitcast until you get one that works by clicking your room name and going to Room Settings > Stop Screenshare:
- Or create a new room by going to rabb.it/start. You may have to do this 2-3 times to get a different room, or
- Having whoever opened the room close it and then re-enter the room and invite everyone back again by clicking on their room name then End Room for All
