I need help. How do I send feedback?

Sending feedback lets you contact Rabbit directly from your room with questions, comments, and issues you're experiencing.

If you're running into issues, sending feedback from your room will let us take a closer look so that we can help.



On the top right corner of the page, click on the button and fill out the feedback form.  Click Submit.


Rabbit for Mobile (Android, iOS)

From a room

  • Tap the gear icon at the top of your screen
  • Scroll down, tap Send Feedback

From the home page

  • Tap the Rabbit icon on the top left of the screen

From a profile page

  • Tap the Gear icon, then go to Account Settings
  • Scroll down, tap Send Feedback
