Experiencing issues with Rabbit on the web? Try these catch-all solutions:

  • Quit and restart your browser.
  • Make sure your browser is supported.
  • Open Rabbit in a different browser.
  • Create a new room (rabb.it/start). Sometimes you’ll get unlucky and get the same Rabbit so you’ll want to give it another go if it doesn’t help the first time.
  • Reinstall your browser.
  • Make sure no other programs are running in the background hogging resources (this includes Chrome extensions).
  • Turn on and off your (and others’) mic and camera.
  • Try these solutions for a slow internet connection.
