Experiencing issues with the Rabbit iOS or Rabbit for Android app? Try these catch-all solutions:

  • Quit and restart the app.
  • Switch from cellular data to wifi.
  • Check the App Store or the Google Play Store to see if you're on the latest version of the app.
  • Make sure you're on the latest version of iOS.
    • Settings > General > Software Update, or
  • Make sure you're on the latest version of Android OS
    • Settings > About Phone/About Device > Android Version
  • Restart your device.
  • Delete and reinstall the app.
