Experiencing issues with the Rabbit iOS or Rabbit for Android app? Try these catch-all solutions:
- Quit and restart the app.
- Switch from cellular data to wifi.
- Check the App Store or the Google Play Store to see if you're on the latest version of the app.
- Make sure you're on the latest version of iOS.
- Settings > General > Software Update, or
- Make sure you're on the latest version of Android OS
- Settings > About Phone/About Device > Android Version
- Restart your device.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
